We maintain a very “flat” organizational structure. Everyone is on a first-name basis, and you’re as likely to have personal interaction with the folks in charge of your area as your peer. We continuously challenge each other to think hard, do our best, and speak up about things that could be better. Our “Open Door Policy” exists to encourage communication between co-workers, no matter where they appear on our organization charts. Employees connect in a number of ways: at work, at lunch break, at company-sponsored events, when participating in Employee Resource Groups, and through shared community service.
